The hotel has a great location and the rooms have been upgraded since our last visit but the attention to detail is just not what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. For example, the cups in the room don't fit the saucers. Crazy but true!

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view from the room and especially the balcony is beautiful. We had great service and friendliness from reception to the housekeeping staff. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and we had dinner at the restaurant four evenings out of our five nights stay. We'll definitely visit again.

We had an awesome stay. Our Unit was very neat and spacious.Thumbs Up to the housekeeping staff. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The quiteness of the area was exactly what we had in mind. We will defnitely visit your property again.

Great beach view from room balcony is the only good point. Poor staff service, Leaking air con, TV doesn’t work, Very dated decor, corridors of hotel look like a set of a horror film, hair in shower and on floor of bathroom and empty container of shower wash on check in. Awful restaurant, worst food we had in our two week holiday in SA. Staff attitude matches the food and barely acknowledge you- it is like you are inconveniencing them. Raw chips not cooked properly and ribs were so tough. We begrudgingly went to hotel restaurant on 2nd night of hotel (Sunday 9th Feb) as no restaurant close by (isolated location) and we were completely ignored for 40 minutes sitting on a table waiting for a mere ‘hello’. I have never been so disrespected by a business which is in the hospitality sector. We went to bed a d had crisps for dinner. Stayed in 100s of hotels all over the world and this is the worst stay and the most disappointing. Also not value for money considering the price of other hotels along garden route. We told our tour guide as we are part of the Newmarket holidays big tour and first time trying this hotel on this tour. Rest assured we will also be reporting to Newmarket holiday company to remove this as a hotel option on the tour to prevent further group tour holidays’ experiences being tarnished by this hotel. Such a shame as the 5 prior hotels we have stayed in have been great and the staff could not do any more for you.

Alles aan en in dit hotel lijkt afgeleefd, zelfs het personeel. Jammer want het uitzicht is schitterend. En de foto's van eten of ontbijt kloppen absoluut niet met de werkelijkheid, in de verste verte nog niet eens. Vraag ke bv. Cappuccino dan betaal je contant aan de bediening en die zoeken dan wisselgeld in hun eigen handtas ? Eigenlijk gewoon compleet af te raden deze locatie.
